This is the name of the Cave Exhibition of the Cabrales Foundation, located in Las Arenas de Cabrales. It offers guided tours inside an authentic maturing cave to learn about the history and the process of making Cabrales cheese.

Times: As of December 2025, the schedule is Monday to Sunday, from 10:15 am to 1:15 pm (hourly passes) and from 4:15 pm to 6:15 pm (hourly passes). Advance reservations are highly recommended by calling the foundation's phone number, as seating is limited.
