To access private browsing, in Chrome from the configuration tool access "New Incognito Window"; in Edge from the configuration tool access "New InPrivate Window"; in Firefox access is from File accessing "New Private Window"; in IE 11 from Tools access Security and then access "InPrivate Browsing", in Opera you can access from the Menu and accessing "New Private Window".
Tools
There are multiple tools on the market that can help you manage cookies. These tools are designed to prevent cookies from working or blocking their functions. For example Ghostery or Do NotTrack Me.
Configure browsers
Go to Settings or Preferences via the File menu or by clicking on the customization icon at the top right (three dots placed vertically). You will see different sections, click the Show advanced options or Advanced Settings option. Go to Privacy and Security, Content Settings.
Select All cookies and site data. By default you can leave cookie blocking predefined in the browser. Just set With blocking.
You can also filter by View all cookies and all site data. A list will appear with all cookies sorted by domain, and you can filter by search engine. Now you only have to select or block the cookies you want.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
When you open the browser, go to tools at the top and select the internet options tab. Check the Privacy tab making sure it is set to medium or lower security level. If the Internet settings are not set to medium, cookies will be blocked.
Mozilla Firefox
When you open the browser, click tools at the top. In more advanced versions it may be represented as three lines at the top right of the browser. Select the options tab. Select the Privacy & Security icon. Click on cookies, and site data. Select the options presented according to your preferences - clear data, data manager, exceptions. You can accept, leave predefined until when to keep, or block cookies.
Safari
When you open the browser, click tools at the top and select the options tab. Click on the Security tab and check if the Block cookies option is checked or unchecked. Click save.
Setting cookies on Mac
If you have a Mac and want to manage cookies follow these instructions:
Microsoft Internet Explorer OSX
Go to "Explorer" and select "Preferences" from the navigation bar. By scrolling down you will see "Cookies" under received files. Check "Do not ask again."
Safari on OSX
Enter the Safari browser and select "Preferences" on the navigation bar. Go to the "Security" tab and use the "accept cookies" option. Select the option: "Only from the current site I am browsing"
Mozilla and Netscape on OSX
Go to "Mozilla" or "Netscape" and at the top of the browser, you will see the "Preferences" option. Scroll down until "Cookies" can be seen under "Privacy and Security". Use the "Allow cookie access only from the current site"
Opera
Enter the "Opera" browser and select "Menu" and "Settings" from the navigation bar. Select "Preferences" and use the "Advanced" tab. Use the "Accept cookies".
Cookie information on other devices
Android devices: launch the browser and press the "Menu" key, then "Settings". Go to "Security & Privacy", and go to the "Accept cookies" option so that you check or uncheck the box.
Apple devices: to enable or disable Safari cookie blocking, press Settings > Safari > Block all cookies.
To clear history and cookies, you can go to Settings > Safari > Clear history and website data.
To clear cookies and keep history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Advanced > Website Data > Clear All Data.
To visit sites without leaving a history, just turn private browsing on or off.

Do you know about tracking technologies?
