Bulnes Funicular

This 21st century engineering work (inaugurated in 2001) solved the secular isolation of Bulnes. It crosses the mountain through a tunnel of more than 2 km in a journey of about 7 minutes, saving a drop of 400 meters. The departure station is in Poncebos. It is the most comfortable and fastest way to access the village, although purists still prefer the route on foot along the old road
