As part of the promotion of sustainable mobility and bicycle tourism in the Cabrales council, the Tourism Sustainability Plan for Destinations (PSTD) contemplates the implementation of complementary infrastructures that promote the use of bicycles as a means of transport as well as an active and environmentally friendly tourist activity.
One of the planned actions is the supply and installation of bicycle maintenance, washing and parking points, designed to offer users adequate spaces for the care, cleaning and basic repair of their bicycles.
This intervention will allow:
Promote bicycle use among visitors and residents
Expand the services associated with the council's cycle tourism routes
Improve the user experience and reinforce the image of Cabrales as a sustainable destination
Facilitate the maintenance and safe use of bicycles.
